Shipping: We usually ship by FedEx, with the high quality of instruments that we offer it is recommended to you use this safe and reliable method of shipping. On special request, we will try to accommodate all special shipping requests.
Returns: Merchandise is sold as seen. Please ask all questions and view all pictures thoroughly before purchasing. We do not negotiate price after the sale - no exceptions. Know Your Vintage Guitars offers customers the opportunity to approve any item which is purchased online. This allows 48 hours to inspect and then decide on the purchase. If an item is to be returned, verbal notification must be given within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Upon notification, the item must be returned within 7 days. The item must not have been altered or tampered with in any way, and it must arrive in the same condition as it left the shop. Know Your Vintage Guitars will not be held responsible for any issues with shipping agency (loss or damage) in returns you can ask us if you have any doubts. All shipping and insurance costs are for the customer. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, you will be reimbursed with the total amount you paid for, minus the shipping fees. For those payments made with PayPal, the procedure is very similar. Please keep in mind that any transfer fees PayPal may charge us with will be subtracted from the total of the reimbursement.
