The result of a design collaboration between Taylor and the award-winning guitarist Trey Hensley, this new Gold Label 510e marks the return of the square-shouldered dreadnought to Taylor's lineup. Featuring one of the classic tone-wood combination of spruce and mahogany, this 510e is at home playing Trey's mix of outlaw ballads and classic fiddle tunes.


Delivering robust, filled-out tones with plenty of deep bass/mids and balanced highs to cut through when flatpicking, this new model includes more than a few design changes over previous Taylor models. The fanned V-Class bracing brings a more vintage-inspired response to the top, while the long-tenon Action Control neck joint capitalizes on this resonance by allowing the neck and body to vibrate as one, delivering a more responsive and adjustable guitar. 


The LR Baggs Anthem pickup makes this a gigging workhorse right out of the case. Includes the original Taylor-made hardshell case and a Mass Street setup from our luthiers to your specs.


One of the first 100 Hensley models produced, this guitar includes a hand-signed certificate of authenticity from Taylor and Trey.
