The Strymon Effect Pedals - Lex V2 - Next Generation is designed to recreate the lush, swirling sounds of the most coveted rotary speaker systems. Under the hood, this V2 version includes a new ARM-based DSP that reproduces every bit of the old systems - the low frequency bass rotor, the rotating treble horn, and the tube driven amplifier. More customization is now available via the updated user interface, along with expanded I/O and control over the pedal. One of the coolest functions of the Lex is the 'Rotary Brake'. If you press and hold the Slow/Fast switch, the effect will wind down and stop. Release it and the rotary will start spinning again, giving flexible control over the rotary sound.
