Seuf Electric Guitars - OH-19 - Black
Description
This Seuf OH-19 is a vintage-inspired, solid-body guitar that brings the best of small-shop, boutique building. Here with an alder body, this s-style build is resonant, with classic tones on tap. Both the body and the hardware are tastefully relic'd, taking that new-shine off the guitar and making it feel like an old friend right out of the case. The one-piece Maple neck feels smooth with a 50s V to C neck carve that has been tastefully softened to feel like a vintage neck.
Featuring custom Deacon Blues pickups, made in-house at the Kansas City Seuf shop, these s-style pickups deliver a nice jangle with plenty of warmth and volume without the aggressive high-end found in many modern pickups. Further customization is on tap via a Fralin Blend Circuit installed. When in positions 1 or 5 rolling in the second tone knob blends the bridge pickup into the neck, or vice versa. This simple mod unlocks all sorts of t-style tones on the Old Hand 19, making it a versatile guitar when recording in the studio or gigging out.
Back in the day, Mass Street was the very first dealer for the Seuf brand and having a Kansas City-made instrument like this OH-19 in the shop just feels right. Includes a free Mass Street Setup from our crew of luthiers and a G&G hardshell case.
