Martin Tiple - 1964 T-28 - Brazilian Rosewood

Description

This 1964 T-28 is a relatively rare part of Martin history, featuring a unique take on a special South American traditional instrument. Similar to a ukulele, this instrument features 10 strings tuned like a ukulele, in a 2, 3, 3, 2 configuration, to give a sound similar to a 12 string guitar.

28-style appointments with an absolutely stunning Brazilian Rosewood back & sides, this gorgeous instrument lays down a very full and forward sound that sounds ethereal and looks gorgeous. For its age, it's in Very Good condition, with very few scratches and play wear. A vintage piece that will certainly draw eyes in any vintage instrument collection.
