Description

The new 2025 D-18 from Martin represents the latest evolution of the legendary mahogany dreadnought. Continuing its legacy as the ultimate workhorse guitar, this build pairs a solid spruce top with mahogany back and sides, now sealed in a newly formulated, ultra-thin vintage gloss finish that allows the tonewoods to resonate more freely. This, coupled with Golden Era bracing, results in an instrument with great responsiveness, allowing the signature dry, woody tone of the D-18 to bloom with excellent volume and clarity.


Fundamental-rich notes are punchy and direct, with a warm, balanced midrange and a powerful low-end growl that records beautifully. The High-Performance Taper neck and GE Modified Low Oval profile offers a fast, comfortable experience whether you're a strummer or a picker. Comes with a hardshell case and a free setup from our Mass Street luthiers.
