The JHS Effect Pedals - Paul Gilbert PG-14 distortion pedal is a new signature circuit designed with Paul Glibert to deliver the dynamics and tone of a stadium level tube amp at low/moderate volume levels. With the PUSH control you can dial in the powerful preamp which hits in front of the "FET" amp. One of the unique features of this signature pedal is active mid-frequency control which allows you select the range of the mids to be pushed with the Mid control. Think of the PG-14 as a way to add dirty FET distortion channel tones at clean amp volumes levels.
