JAM Pedals - Tubedreamer - Custom Shop "Desert"

The Tubedreamer from JAM is a wonderful tubescreamer inspired by the legendary TS808 circuit. The factor giving the original 808s their pizzaz was the famed JRC4558D chip and the revolutionary use of two diodes in the feedback loop of an opamp. The Tubedreamer also employs the JRC4558D chip giving it that classic grit, but with 3 diodes instead of 2, opting instead for asymmetrical clipping rather than symmetrical clipping, which gives this pedal absurd responsiveness, allowing all sorts of attention to nuance such as attenuating pick noise, fretting details, etc.

With three dials, a level, tone, and gain knob from left to right, and a toggle switch allowing for even higher gain, this pedal can go from a subtle boost, to that kicking drive that we love from players like Stevie Ray Vaughn, John Mayer, Joe Bonamassa, and more. This pedal we have in store here, in particular, is a custom shop exclusive painted in a desert chic and that classic JAM style we've all come to love.
