The I-35 LC Vintage brings a sound that starts with the Collings research and design process, and ends with a lightweight, dynamic and responsive archtop that we can't get enough of. This vintage take on their I-35 LC showcases the now familiar 15" semi-hollow design, with Collings reengineering both their laminate, and center block recipes, resulting in a new sound that is wholly steeped in vintage tones.


Featuring Collings custom-spec'd Throbak pickups, this semi-hollow is a versatile guitar, more a blank canvas for your particular playing style, with an even response that highlights the guitar's acoustic nature. The folks at Collings considers every detail, right down to the grain orientation of the neck and how that interacts with the truss rod curve, to build this unique model in their electric lineup.


Here in a subtle Aged Jet Black finish, this I-35 LC Vintage includes a free setup to your specs from our crew of luthiers, along with the Deluxe hardshell case by Ameritage.
