Martin Acoustic Guitars - HD-28 (2025)

Description

The rosewood dreadnought is one of the most iconic designs of the last one-hundred years of guitar building, and with the new 2025 release of the HD-28 Martin has taken with so much of what we loved in the reimagined version and further refined it. Featuring a solid spruce top over solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, this is a big, warm rich sounding guitar that's at home in so many genres of acoustic music. Perfect for vocal accompaniment in a country ballad, or strumming through some '70s folk music or flatpicking through your favorite fiddle tunes, the HD-28 has that Martin sound on tap.

The golden-era bracing, rounded fingerboard edge, golden-era inspired bridge, and refined volute/heel shapes are all examples of the little touches that come together for a great sounding American-made dreadnought in a relatively affordable package when compared to boutique prices. Includes the original Martin hardshell case and a free Mass Street setup from our crew of luthiers.
