Gibson Les Paul Traditional 2014 - Honeyburst

Description

Here is a cool 2014 Gibson Les Paul Traditional in Honeyburst. This guitar is in good condition with some player wear on the back.

This model features a mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood board, and lightly figured flame top. It has '59 Tribute humbucker pickups with Orange Drop capacitors. The tuning machines are Grovers and the guitar has a special 120th Anniversary logo inlay at the 12th fret.

This one has a notable patch of buckle wear on the back, some of which slightly exposes the wood. There are a few minor dings around the bottom edge of the back as well. The headstock shows a couple of notable faint scratches. There are a handful of faint dings and surface marks on the body too. The tuners have been changed to Grovers and the original mounting screw holes have been filled. Mostly the guitar shines like new, but clearly someone played a few hard gigs with this one.

It weighs 9lbs 3oz. It has a 50s neck carve that measures .900 to 1.010 at the 1st and 12th. It is a well balanced guitar that is quite loud acoustically. It has a full spectrum of tone with nice warm mids and top end clarity. It has a light punch off the body and sustains well. It's dynamic under the picking hand and growls a bit when you dig in.

Overall a very nice player! Ships in the original hardshell case.
