The new Taylor Legacy 714ce harkens back to 1994 when Bob Taylor first introduced the Grand Auditorium model to the world, a body shape that has gone on to be Taylor's most requested, and versatile, shape. Featuring a popular tonewood lineup from that era, a Western Red Cedar top and Indian Rosewood back and sides, this GA delivers a warmth and clarity that feels both responsive and articulate, especially for fingerstyle playing. Sporting the original '90s-era X-bracing Bob Taylor employed, it provides a punch in the mids while still exhibiting that classic sheen in the highs.
An included LR Baggs Element VTC pickup system makes this guitar gig ready, along with a deluxe hardshell case. As always, a free Mass Street setup from our luthiers is included.
