The Xotic Effects - XW1 Wah is a supremely versatile take on a classic effect. Based on the Holy Grail of wahs from the Italian-built era Clyde McCoys made in '67-'68, this unit has all of the extra tweak-able parameters one would want to sound classic but still custom. The Bias control can warm up your low end, or make your sweeps sound crystal clear. Treble and Bass knobs help with dialing in a suitable setting with your current rig, while the Wah Q gives precise filter shaping. This pedal pairs incredibly well with any fuzz due to its "fuzz friendly" buffer circuit, and should find a home with the player looking to nail a customized effect that will work under any playing circumstance.
