Packing: Guitars are de-tuned for shipment. They are shipped with padding inside their original box (unless they are in a case), which is then packed with more padding inside a bigger shipping container.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. It must be returned as it was received, with no signs of use. If there was a mistake in the listing or the guitar was damaged in shipping, I will cover return shipping; otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping cost and full insurance. Please pack it as it was received. Money will be refunded as soon as item is received and tested.
