Transit time varies depending on buyer location, generally from one to seven days. Standard ground service in the US generally arrives in one to five business days depending on your location. Next Day and 2nd Day delivery options are available. For international orders, customs clearance may delay delivery of your item beyond the normal transit time quoted by the carrier. Item Inspection & Instrument Setups: We inspect each item for condition and functionality prior to being listed for sale online. Additionally we inspect each item again before shipment. Each instrument is set up and tested prior to shipment. Instrument string height, neck relief, pickup height, etc are set within a general tolerance. Damaged or Lost Items & Insurance: All items ship fully insured. It is the responsibility of Tone Wolf to deliver your item in the condition outlined in the product listing.
