Description

"All guitarists have a sound in their head — a sound that evolves and grows as they progress, discovering all of the beautiful idiosyncrasies that define their individual voice. To facilitate this process, players need a vibrant, dynamic guitar that becomes a free space in which their personality can unfold. PRS and I designed Fiore (Italian for flower) to be this guitar."Mark Lettieri

The Paul Reed Smith Fiore electric guitar continues PRS's journey into the bolt-on, hum-single-single guitar world. Developed with guitarist, composer, producer and instructor Mark Lettieri, the Fiore features an awesome swamp ash solidbody with a maple neck, boasting a custom Fiore profile with a matching fingerboard and twenty-two medium-jumbo frets adorned with PRS bird inlays.

The newly designed PRS Fiore pickups offer exceptional malleability in tone, with the single-coils capable of capturing all the articulation with explosive reactivity, matched by the humbucker that has enough power and punch for high-gain lead tones with a smooth top end. Both pickup styles work seamlessly together, producing balance, clarity and that elusive bloom in all five positions. The five-way switch with traditional wiring offers even more sounds, as well as the dual push/pull tone controls — all topped off with a two-point steel tremolo. The Fiore is a wonderful instrument — creating a modern aesthetic, effortless playability and an addictive and sophisticated tonal canvas!
