Max Les Paul 1959 Burst replica from 1997. Max built the body, neck & Bz fingerboard (original nitrate inlays) in 1997. Dave Johnson glued the fingerboard to the neck and the neck to body and also did the finish work. The guitar weighs 8 lbs even and has 1959 pots, knobs, bumble bee caps, harness, switch, switch tip, tuners. VooDoo PAF style pickups. This is my 4th documented Max and as close to my 1960 Burst as I have found.
