Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has moderate play wear. There is strumming wear on the top around the pick guard and sound hole. The back of the neck and edges of the finger board also show significant wear. There is some case rash on the neck heel causing the finish in this area to look inconsistent and somewhat bubbly. This is not affecting playability.

Modifications/Repairs: A strap button has been installed in the neck heel.
