Damaged or Lost Items & Insurance: All items ship fully insured. It is the responsibility of Tone Wolf to deliver your item in the condition outlined in the product listing. However, as hard as we try, sometimes things happen beyond our control once the item is in the hands of the carrier. If your order arrives with any issue, or is completely lost, don't worry we'll handle it.
