2016 Jackson JS32 Kelly w/Duncan Invader w/Jackson Molded Case - Matte Black
Description
No sales tax for US customers outside California.
The Jackson Kelly is one of the most recognizable body shapes in hard rock and metal — the angular, pointed design that became synonymous with high-gain playing in the 1980s and has remained a fixture in that world ever since.
This JS32 example in matte black has been upgraded at the bridge position with a Seymour Duncan Invader, one of the most aggressive passive humbuckers in production. At 15.82k the Invader is wound for maximum output with a dense, saturated character that excels in high-gain contexts — downtuned rhythm playing, metal, and any application where output and chunk take priority over vintage clarity. The original Jackson High Output neck humbucker remains at 8.62k, providing a balanced complement to the hot bridge pickup for lead tones.
The poplar body, graphite-reinforced bolt-on maple Speed Neck, and 12"-16" compound radius fingerboard are all correctly specified for fast, comfortable playing across the full fretboard range. Pearloid sharkfin inlays, 24 jumbo frets, black hardware throughout, action set at 2/32" on both strings at the twelfth fret. Excellent condition. Jackson molded hardshell case included.
One strap button was moved - see the pics. The rest of the guitar is original. There are a few very small dings and very light fret wear. The original hard case is included. It is big, so it amplifies the shipping cost a bit.
