1964 Gibson Southern Jumbo Dark Burst

Beautiful, character,and wonderful sounding instrument .The wear is better than expected for a 60's instrument. 64 is last great year for ultra light round shoulder SJ models. Soundhole has finish scraped off treble edge. Above soundhole distressed area near fretbd from pickwear. Long ago repaired crack on lower bout. Lots of lite crazing on front and sides but back and neck are smooth and relatively very clean. This guitar sounds serious. It has the sexy, wicked looking pickguard that Gibson foolishly got rid of a few years back.
