1965 Fender Precision Bass Sparkle Red

This Fender Precision Bass was made in the USA in 1965. All of the parts are original. It has a very old 60's red sparkle finish that was probably done shortly after the bass was sold. The color is close to candy apple but there is more metal flake giving it a cool sparkle. Around the period this was made Fender guitars were commonly refinished at local auto hot-rod shops and our best guess is that this one is in that category. It weighs 8 pounds and 2 ounces. The bass has been pro-setup in our shop and plays great. It comes with the original case.
