1968 Gibson Country Western Natural, Very Good, Hard

Description

#910295 A handsome guitar with lite crazing all over that adds richness to the golden amber of the finish. The treble notes ring out and it has strong but balanced bass. Nice low action, slim neck 1 9/16" at the nut. One vertical (old) crack on the guitar top and a much smaller faint crack a few inches away. Two short (2 inch) cracks on the back near the right upper bout -the result of some bang that the guitar received on the side.
Plenty of fret left, no indication of heavy wear any where on the fretboard. Binding is a nicely aged and solidly intact.
All in all a very class act. I like this guitar’s deep amber color and of course that deep rich tone- that makes Gibsons so wonderful to play.
