Hardware: The bridge pins, saddle, nut, frets, and third string tuner button have been replaced.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar is in good cosmetic condition with expected signs of aging. There is light checking throughout the finish, with light pick scratches on the treble side of the upper bout. There is finish missing around the edges of the bridge, particularly on the treble side corner. The fingerboard binding is cracked at each slot from previous fretwork, but it is still intact and functional. The truss rod cover is cracked underneath the top screw. The finish around the neck joint has been touched up during a previous neck reset. There is a crack across the sound hole just past the end of the fingerboard which has been repaired with a cleat.

Modifications/Repairs: The guitar has been refretted and has had a new nut installed. The neck has been reset. The saddle and bridge pins have been replaced, and the top of the bridge has been slightly reshaped. A crack across the sound hole has been repaired with a cleat. The shoulder graft has been replaced, and several of the top braces have been reglued. The third string tuner button has been replaced. The pickguard has been reglued.
