1980 Tokai LS80 Les Paul Reborn Old Sunburst

Very rare 1980 Tokai LS80 Les Paul Reborn from the golden age of Japanese guitar manufacture. This exceedingly exceptional and light (8.3 lbs!!!) LS80 has a solid maple flamed and figured top with visible grain and mineral streaks, one-piece mahogany back, one-piece mahogany long tenon neck, rosewood fingerboard Note: the fingerboard is scalloped at the 20th and 22nd frets (see detailed pics) but has no effect on playability, fret-edge binding, nitrocellulose lacquer finish, 100% original with upgraded (from Gotoh PAF) vintage Dimarzio PAF pickups and Tokai electronics. Minimal fret wear, straight neck and low action. Medium C average 59 neck profile. Plays beautifully and sounds amazing. Original Tokai hard shell case included.
