Next Day and 2nd Day delivery options are available. For international orders, customs clearance may delay delivery of your item beyond the normal transit time quoted by the carrier. Certain international locations may be subject to special payment terms. Item Inspection & Instrument Setups: We inspect each item for condition and functionality prior to being listed for sale online. Additionally we inspect each item again before shipment. Each instrument is set up and tested prior to shipment. Instrument string height, neck relief, pickup height, etc are set within a general tolerance. Keep in mind that climate fluctuations may affect the instrument's overall feel and playability during or after transit.
