Another Martin Custom Shop traded towards Maton Guitars.
This instrument was built specifically for my client in 2018. It features a 1 11/16" nut with 2 1/8" string spacing's. The Top is Sitka Spruce with Rosewood Back and Sides, The neck is a very playable and made from Mahogany. The instrument has been maintained correctly. The geometry of the build is spot on. The bridge has plenty of height and top is flat. Belly Bulge, Neck Reset Free! The neck is straight and true with a fully functional truss rod. The fret wire is divot free. Cosmetics: Under light the back has a lot of swirling that can be buffed out along with many small finish marks. Most can be removed by wet sanding and buffing.
Tone: It is Monstrous!
