Gibson Custom Shop 2021 Murphy Lab 1957 Les Paul Junior SC Heavy Aged
This is the '1957 Les Paul Junior Heavy Aged' model in TV Yellow, featuing a single cutaway.
The "Heavy Aged" finish is the second most intense of the four aging levels available in the Murphy Lab Collection. The neck and body finish has been stripped and belt buckle marks have been recreated meticulously.
This reproduction of a 1957 Les Paul Junior has simple specifications: a wraparound bridge and a single dog-ear P-90 pickup.
It has a thick 'Chunky C-Shape' neck with medium jumbo frets and 'Vintage Audio Tapered Pots', which were introduced in 2019.
The frets are very slightly worn at the low position of the plain strings, but not much else. The neck and truss rod are both in good condition
The guitar comes with a '50s-style Tolex hard case made of chipboard.
