2003 FENDER CUSTOM SHOP Cowboy Carved Tele Natural
Description
One of a Kind built by the Late John English with Hand Carving by George Amicay. The Highlight of the 2003 Fender Custom Shop Namm Show display and then featured at the Frankfurt Show and then on the 2005 Fender Custom Shop Calendar (which is included with all the case candy). Featuring Hand Carved Rope Binding around the F-Hole and top of the entire Body. A Western Themed Fender "F" Brand and a Traditional Cowboy on the body. The neck appears to be solid Walnut (not sure, could be Rosewood?) with Cowboy themed inlays, Horseshoes, and a pair of Six Shooters and a Star between the 10th and 13th frets. Custom knobs and pickguard and a special neck plate with the inscription: "Winter Namm 2003" and a Six Gun. Even the Hard Case is Cowboy Cool with a Hand tooled Leather look and we still have the original box.
