2003 Fender Esquire Custom GT Chrome Blue

This 2003 Fender Esquire Custom GT is in very good cosmetic condition and is in excellent playing order. This guitar has one ding on the top (see photos) and a little bit of rust on the pole pieces of the pickup. Otherwise, this instrument is very clean and still has the factory protective plastic film on the electronics cavity cover plate. This guitar features a thin sculpted mahogany body with a set mahogany neck, a rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot inlays, a single Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge position with one volume control and a killer looking Chrome Blue finish with a white racing stripe in the center. The neck on this guitar has a slim “C” shaped profile that feels incredible! This neck is lightning fast and super easy to play. The jumbo fret wire is in excellent condition and shows almost no signs of play wear. The rosewood fingerboard is nice, dark and clean and we gave this Esquire a pro set up so it plays like a dream up and down the fingerboard with low snappy action and spot on intonation. The electronics are original, have been cleaned and are in perfect working order. The Seymour Duncan Invader sounds exceptional and delivers some righteous sizzling tones especially when paired with a high gain amp! This guitar is also very lightweight coming in at 6lb and it is very resonant and responsive when played unplugged - It rings like a bell!
