ESP J-TVB-IV Luna Sea J Signature Model 4-String Bass 2013 - J-Red

Description

Here we have an ESP Japan J-TVB-IV J Signature Model bass! This one features neck-through construction with a J-Red finish.

Other specs include alder body wings, an ebony fretboard, and 24 frets with dot markers just at the end. It has Schaller style tuners and an SPC-1 bridge, both in black. The pickup is a Duncan SMB-4D and the bass has volume, treble and bass controls. The scale is 34" and the nut is 1.5".

This one is in very good condition. It has light topical scratches and marks from playing. One corner of the headstock has a minor chip. The hardware shows light signs of use as well. Overall though it has been well maintained and there is no major damage.

The bass weighs 9lbs 3oz. The neck measures .820 to .950 at the 1st and 12th. It has a modern rounded C profile that is easy to play. We love the body bevel on the back, a wonderful and unique contour that makes the bass quite ergonomic. It plays great with a nice punch off of the body and good resonance.

Ships in the original ESP padded gig bag and includes a set of ESP HB 45-105 strings.
