Description

Natural, made by Bernie Ricco in Los Angeles. Bernardo Rico built acoustic guitars before he built electrics. He also made banjos, classical guitars and ukuleles…go figure. As you all know B.C. Rich electrics unique designs are huge collectibles, later imports not so much. This guitar looks like Brazilian Rosewood back and sides but it is very high grade Indian Rosewood with great grain. Has a bound black ebony fingerboard with snow flake inlays and we made a nice ebony bridge with snow flake inlays for it too. The neck is nicely rounded, the nut width is 1 11/16” and it is 25.5” scale. Has herringbone trim and scalloped bracing but not scalloped on the main X brace which is a rather cool design. The bracing is unique and the guitar sounds great.

We did a neck reset and added the aforementioned ebony bridge. There are no cracks. The neck has a plugged strap button hole and there is a bit of finish wear on the back of the neck. The frets show no wear. The tuners are nickel Grovers we think are original. Comes in a newer Martin hard shell case. It’s a really cool guitar that will charm you as it has us.
