1967 Fender Mustang Daphne Blue
Description
Overall a very clean and original guitar, including the bridge cover! Plays great, and in my opinion the coolest color they offered, and not one we see that often. It came with a 1970's black Mustang case in great shape, but we have a solid but somewhat battered 1960's silver case that would be correct to the guitar we could swap out for- the case is a little more worn that the guitar, but that is what cases are for. July 1967 neck date. If you look below the bottom machine head you will see a little hole that was was originally drilled for a Kluson style Fender machine. Fender went to the F style, and the hole was filled and finished over at the factory. At one point we had a Mustang, a refinished Mustang and a Jaguar that all had this done. Thanks for looking!
