Gretsch Bacon Belmont Blonde 1950s

Description

Here's a 1950s era Gretsch Bacon Belmont. This rare, all original example, was built by Gretsch under the historic Bacon name. Double-bound, fully hollow body, with an arched spruce top, maple back and sides, and two amazing sounding original DeArmond pickups. Playability is exceptional, with consistent low action down the entire length of the neck. Medium neck profile, that's super comfortable in your hands. It's an absolute blast to play! Tonally the guitar has some serious magic. The bridge pickup is full, bright and clear, while the neck pickup equally full and warm. There's nothing like old DeArmonds. It really sounds amazing. These do not come up often, and this one has truly lasted the test of time, and is ready to go! HSC included..
