Description
Gibson Custom Shop 2005 Larry Carton ES-335 VOS
This is the signature “ES-335” model of Larry Carlton, known as “Mr. 335”.
Faithfully reproducing his personal instrument, it features Schaller M6 tuners, a Nashville-style bridge, a slightly rearward-set tailpiece, a narrow neck with a 40 mm nut width and a warm reddish sunburst finish.
It features two '57 Classic pickups.
There are multiple scratches and a tiny dent on the body top, a dent around the outer edge of the F-hole on the 1st string side, some fine scratches and pockmarks on the body back, one color transfer on the binding along the 1st string side, a shallow dent near the 11th fret on the back of the neck, some scuff marks on the headstock veneer, a scuff mark on the 5th string tuning peg, and some tarnished metal hardware.
The pickup selector switch is slightly stiff, but still works properly.
