1953 Fender Stringmaster T8 3 Neck Console Steel Guitar (OHSC) Blonde

Description

Bay Area Vintage Guitars is proud to present this outstanding circa 1953 Fender Stringmaster triple-neck lap steel, a beautifully preserved example of one of Leo Fender’s most important early instruments.

Finished in its original Blonde lacquer, this Stringmaster remains highly original and complete, including original electronics, hardware, detachable legs, and original tweed hard case. The center control plate bears a personal number etched into the metal—an authentic, period detail commonly found on professional steel guitars used by working musicians in the 1950s.

The Fender Stringmaster was a groundbreaking instrument, designed to meet the demands of professional players who required multiple tunings and exceptional tonal clarity. Its triple-neck layout made it a staple in Western swing, country, Hawaiian music, and early studio sessions, long before solidbody electric guitars became mainstream.

Condition is Very Good vintage, with light cosmetic wear consistent with age and careful use.
