1978 Fender Precision Bass Natural

Natural, VG, maple board, a very resonant ash body bass with finish checking, edge and guitar stand wear. Yet, the frets are in good shape. Just in from local legend Tom Vee (son of hit maker Bobby Vee). Tom has played and toured with too many bands to mention. This bass has that great played in vibe. It’s very resonant with great sustain. The pickup is original but is rewired. So the wiring to the pots is changed but the pickup is original and sounds great.  That’s not unusual as it lived through the Dimarzio and then EMG eras. It’s almost 50 years old, life happens. Comes with the original Fender plastic hard shell case.
