Fender Custom Shop 2012 Limited Char Signature Stratocaster “Charizma” NOS
This is the Char Signature Stratocaster, a limited edition of 200 guitars handcrafted by the Fender Custom Shop as part of the Team Built program.
The design combines two guitars that Char has cherished for years: a 1959 Burgundy Mist Metallic Stratocaster and a Custom Shop 1961 Stratocaster in Daphne Blue. The body color is a traditional Japanese hue called “Ginsusutake,” a bright, chic grayish-yellow-brown reminiscent of the smoky, charcoal-black “sulu bamboo color” imparted by hearth smoke, with a hint of silvery whiteness (white tint) added.
The body top has some fine scratches, the body back has multiple scratches and pockmarks, and the pickguard has some scratches.
The frets have been levelled, with over 70% intact overall.
The neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
