1968 Fender Princeton-Amp

Early silverface 1x10” combo with the “drip-edge” aluminum trim around the blue sparkle grille cloth. This one is clean, sounds incredible, and is all-original save for upgraded 3-prong mains cable. The non-reverb version of the Princeton tends to have a little more drive and grit than the more common Princeton Reverb when cranked, and a bit more headroom, so if onboard reverb isn’t critical, these are a great choice. 12 watts from a pair of 6V6 output tubes, one channel with dual inputs, volume, bass, and treble controls, and of course speed and intensity controls for the terrific Fender optical tremolo. The speaker is the original “Fender Special Design”-labeled Oxford. Light weight, great looks, great tone, versatile and built to last. Have amp, will travel! Handwired in Fullerton, California, USA.
