1985 Martin D-41 Natural

Here's a 1985 Martin D-41 in Natural finish. 100% original example. Serial #460407. This one has aged beautifully, and has a really nice vintage patina to it. 1985 is the first year Martin started using truss rods, so the neck is fully adjustable, and playability is exceptional! Spruce top, Indian rosewood back & sides, bound fingerboard, with stunning abalone inlay around the soundhole and top of the body. There's a tiny section on the lower bass side where a little piece of abalone was repaired. It's easy to miss! And the guitar truly plays & sounds great. Easy playing low action from top to bottom. It has a comfortable full feeling neck profile. The neck is also straight. Frets are in good shape as well. The guitar feels incredibly solid in your hands.
