2011 Taylor Custom Jumbo

Very clean, all-original save for replaced tuners (very nice Gotoh 510s in this instance.) Custom-ordered jumbo-bodied 6-string acoustic, AA Indian rosewood back and sides, premium Sitka spruce top, ebony fingerboard and bridge, mahogany neck, Sitka CV bracing with relief rout, Hawaiian koa binding, truss rod cover, and the (quite visually striking) armrest bevel. Lovely abalone rosette, MOP Taylor logo and sharktooth inlay on peghead, and engraved diamond position markers. Factory onboard electronics, in this case the Taylor Expression System. So, a very handsomely-appointed bespoke build. How does it sound? In a word, splendid. Deep but not unbalanced bass response, clear, articulate trebles, plenty of volume but responds very dynamically. Just a wonderful guitar that sounds as good as it looks. Comes in its factory hard case with build sheet, made in El Cajon, California, USA.
