Payment
If you are interested in purchasing a guitar from us, we will ask you to wire transfer the money to our account and we will ship the guitar as soon as money is received.
Shipping
We can ship the guitar insured via EMS, or other shippers such as UPS. The shipping & insurance charge to US is about $250~$300 depending on a value of the guitar. Please inquire regarding shipping charges.
We may not be able to ship some of the Rosewood guitar to abroad because of the CITES. Please inquire.
Returns
There is no return or refund on the international purchase.
If you have any problem with the guitar, please contact us within 5 days from the time you receive the guitar.
