1952 Martin 000-18 Natural

Natural, who doesn’t love a triple O made in the original Martin factory? Has a Sitka Spruce top, Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard and has been freshly refretted (you’re welcome). Also sports a recent neck reset. This 000 size is becoming more popular than the more common dreadnaught. They made 555 000-18’s and 777 D-18’s in 1952. There are two repaired grain splits along the bottom of the pickguard. The bridge has been shaved lower and it has a new bone saddle. The small maple bridge plate is original as are all of the braces. There is a small repaired 4” crack on the back. The tuners are original Klusons. The guitar is light yet loud with that gorgeous dry balanced tone. We feel old Martins have always been good investments and will continue to be over time.This has Great tone, old aged wood from Americas oldest guitar company used by musical legends for almost 200 years. Comes with a very cool original green lined heavy chipboard case. Consigned.
