1973 Gibson ES-150D Black

This Gibson ES-150 was made in the USA in 1973. The ES-150 has the shape and scale of an ES-335, but is fully hollow and full depth. It is more like a double cutaway ES-175 or perhaps a Barney Kessel with rounded horns. This is the only example of this model we have seen in factory black and it looks awesome. There is normal play wear, but no breaks or repairs. The parts are original. It had other tuners at some point but originals are back on. The guitar has been pro-setup in our store and it plays great. It weighs 6 pounds 8.7 ounces and comes with a non original case.
