Description

1967 Martin D-18, Spruce top, Sounds great! Sets up well, Nice frets, Has a handful of hairline repairs with overspray, updated pickguard, Some binding shrinkage repair on the treble side rim back’s side (see pic). It is a sweet sounding and nice playing guitar at fair price! Good condition (functional), Original hard case.
That long line on the treble side is a gouge that is touched up is not visible on the inside. It is not a crack through the wood. There are a couple of tiny hairlines adjacent to it not through the wood. That touched up repair on the back is through the wood and there is tape on the inside where it was glued.
There is a little hairline repair beneath the guard from when it was replaced. There is a little repair around the bridge plate which is still in reasonable condition. The front and back of the bass side lower bout has some compression damage that is not through the wood. It had a pickup that was removed and the end pin jack was filled and has a standard strap button.
