1961 Supro Valco-Chicago 51 1616t Grey

This Supro 1616t was made by Valco-Chicago 51 is 1961. The amp has been heavily used but is still kicking and sounds killer. These are great sounding small-low wattage tube amplifiers and work great for recording and small gigs. The amp has recently been gone over by our tech and is in very good functional condition despite being in poor cosmetic condition. The transformers and speaker are original. The electrolytic caps are changed along with a new 3 prong power cable. The amp was missing the back panel when we got so we made a cheap plywood back plate. The faceplate shows extremely heavy wear and oxidations and one of the knobs is changed. Please check out the pictures and this stubborn old amplifier still has plenty of life left in it.
