Gibson Custom Shop 2011 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul VOS
This is a "1959 Les Paul VOS" model in Dirty Lemon finish.
This “Plus” model features higher-grade flame maple, along with special specifications unique to the 2008 model year: Grover locking tuners, a chambered body, an asymmetrical neck, Tone Pro bridge & tailpiece, a see-through back panel, and a Neutrik jack.
To showcase the beautiful top, which changes appearance depending on the viewing angle, the pickguard is not pre-installed. (The pickguard and mounting screws are included.)
The neck grip is slim yet slightly thicker than a “60's Slim Taper,” featuring an asymmetrical shape. It is equipped with “Burstbucker Pro” pickups.
Numerous dents and scratches are visible across the body.
The frets show slight indentations, primarily on the plain string areas, but they are approximately 70-80% intact. The truss rod is in good condition, and the guitar is in good condition.
