2017 Fender Custom Shop MBS 1963 Stratocaster Relic by Greg Fessler Olympic White

Description

Fender Custom Shop 2017 MBS 1963 Stratocaster Relic by Master Built Greg Fessler

This is the “1963 Stratocaster Relic” model built by master builder Greg Fessler.

He has meticulously recreated the fine weather checking and paint chipping across the entire body to give it the appearance of a vintage guitar that has been played intensively for many years.

The neck has a thick “Large C” profile, and the guitar is equipped with three hand-wound black bobbin pickups by Josefina Campos.

There is slight color transfer around the strap pin at the body end, but otherwise there is no significant damage.

There is a shallow dent under the plain strings, but the frets remain over 80% intact. There are also no problems with the neck or truss rod.
