1991 Gibson USA ES-335 Dot Reissue Figured Antique Natural

Description

Gibson USA 1991 ES-335 Dot Reissue Figured

This is an “ES-335 Dot Reissue” model features an antique natural finish and lavish use of beautifully figured maple.

The neck has a slim, 1960s-style profile and the pickups are original 57 Classics.

There are numerous tiny dents and scuffs on the entire body, weather checking on the top and headstock, a dent with paint peeling near the bridge tone knob, buckle marks on the back of the body, and some shallow dents and pockmarks on the back of the neck. There is also paint wear around the outer edge of the headstock; a dent with a paint chip near the 18^(th) fret on the side of the fingerboard binding; scratches on the pickguard; overall discoloration; and tarnish and slight corrosion on the metal parts.

There is a very shallow dented area in the low positions of the plain strings, but the remaining frets are about 80% intact.
The guitar has excellent playability and there are no issues with the neck or truss rod.

The pickup rings have been replaced.
