The I-35 LC features a maple laminate top, sides, and back, the result of a custom-laminated construction process that Bill Collings and his R&D team developed in pursuit of the best tonal qualities of semi-hollow guitar design. Crafted to respond acoustically in perfect harmony with its electronics, the design and technique used for our “LC” models has provided another unique way for us to voice our instruments for superior response and tone.

The I-35 LC features ungrained ivoroid binding on the body and fingerboard with no peghead binding.

The I-35 LC features our standard laminate construction and center block formulas, neck design, and electronics, including Lollar Low Wind Imperial humbuckers (standard), Jupiter Vintage Yellow capacitors, and non-aged finish and hardware (standard). Non-“Vintage” I-35 and I-35 LC models are available with a wide variety of custom options.

The I-35 LC bodies are built using our proprietary laminate construction (“LC”) formulas and techniques and feature a maple/spruce center block. These laminate guitars produce a drier, woodier, and mid-forward tone characteristic of classic semi-hollow guitars.

Returns 3-Day / 15-day Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 3 days from the shipping date on Vintage instruments, and 15 days on New instruments. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. New, Unopened items: You may return most NEW, untouched, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll also pay the return shipping costs.
